We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to a bustling shopping area and just across the street from a huge underground shopping mall. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, ensuring that our needs were met 24/7. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering 24-hour room service and assistance with tours and tickets. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of having a dining restaurant on site, perfect for a quick meal or a leisurely dinner.

We were near some of our favorite spots such as sun yat sen park. Very good location 5 minutes walk from railroad station. Zhuhai Gongbei neighborhood was worth exploring. Free WiFi worked well.

During my time as a woman travelling alone, I found that the location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was very close to restaurants and street food, and right next to shopping malls and a hypermarket. the room was very spacious with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a contemporary design bathroom. I was impressed with the staff's efficiency and friendliness.

The location is good and the interior has been renovated but the wall paper at the corridor has not been done. Thus the first impression of the hotel(room) at the corridor level is disappointing but the impression changes once you are in the room. The room is much bigger than Charming Holiday Hotel although Charming cost more but Charming's breakfast spread was good and was included in the pricing of the room rate. Would I stay at GuoTai Hotel again? .... maybe

My room has no view at all - except the roofs of old houses. Maybe the hotel staff could ask the clients if they have a preference for view of the surrounding.

Very clean room, spacious, great location within 5mins walk to undergrd mall n gongbei customs. 10Mins to jiuzhou port ferry to hk. Great tim sum nex to hotel, ask porter for directions of restaurant , there are 2, try the one which is slightly more exp but for better quality n taste. Kfc 24hrs just right below hotel

Counter staff can be more courteous . Wifi service shld b extended to top levels of hotel not just limited to level 3

Location near Macau crossing gate and train station. Across Vanguard Super Market. Comfortable bed and room size. Friendly and professional staff.

Spent my New Year at a hotel near Macau and it was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, and they provided us with everything we needed from toothbrushes to slippers. The location was perfect, as it was only a short walk to the customs and the underground mall. Plus, there was a KFC nearby for easy breakfast options. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which made our experience all the more enjoyable.

The language barrier with some of the staff, which made communication a bit difficult at times. the noise from the constant taxi honking outside our room was a bit annoying, but that's to be expected given the hotel's central location.

Great location, just a short walk to major shopping areas and restaurants. close to the border crossing, making it easy to visit nearby cities. the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions.

The breakfast was disappointing and lacked variety. the quality of the food was not great, and they charged full price for children even though the selection was limited.
